How do I find materials at the Library?

The best way to start looking for information in the Library is to use the LINCC Computer Catalog This catalog provides subject, title, author, and keyword access to the book, videotape, and journal title holdings of Daytona Beach Community College Library. Just click on the word LINCC http://www.ccla.lib.fl.us to begin searching this catalog.

Does the library own videos, CDs, records, and other media?

There is also a separate catalog of all the videotapes at the Library. This link will be online shortly. In the meantime, please call the Library at (904) 255- 8131, extension 3593.

Is there is a list of journals, newspapers or magazine the library owns?

The DBCC Library Magazine and Journal Holdings List is an alphabetical list of all titles that the Library subscribes to and includes the dates for which back issues are kept and the format of back issues. Can I suggest something for purchase?

All suggestions from faculty members for materials to add to the library collection are appreciated especially in areas of subject expertise. So help us keep our collection current and useful for your students. If you would like more information please call Mercedes Clement at ext. 3440.
